The Ocean is my sanctuary. When it was easier for me (before kids) and had a rough day or whatever, I would make the fast drive to the beach. Just chill and listen to the waves crash and just relax. The drive home almost took twice as long as it did to get there because I was calmed down.

When the world shits on me, all I need is my toolbox, a grinder and a welder. When my old man passed away all I could do was work on my projects. I block out everything and build shit. Good friends are a good thing too. :booze:

you work on shit all the time anyway.....lol

yeah fabbn' always helps, set a goal work towards it and everything else floats off.....when I was going thru bs with the now ex wifey I just worked all day all night came home passed out and did it again the next day, I think the important part is setting the goal so you have something to work towards in a certain amount of time so it helps in keeping you focused if you try to get a project going and dont give yourself a time limit you start to float off.....good luck bro

Take a weekend and camp and fish or wheel? I get things out better when Im alone, but if you dont, Id ask a buddy to go with you. I dont know you or what you got going on, but I like to think that there is always something good in every bad thing that happens, just kinda hard to find it sometimes.

Good luck

Try singing the Jhonny poo-poo pants song with Kranker! That always makes me feel better! Seriously though i've found that the only time something really bothers me is when I let it..... screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. Getting away always helps but good company is pricless. Also Americas funniest videos can make anyone feel better!!!!

Little 04 Rubicon, 5.13 gears, Home brew Highline on 36's Beat to hell and almost paid off... Happiness is Rock Crawling in your "Daily Driver"..... kinda.
