A little help from ya all. (22nd Apr 09 at 1:59pm UTC)
ok folks have myself a little request here. some of you know whats going on for me right now. mentally im just fucking smoked. im asking what it is for some of you that helps you get your head clear, not weed either. drinking right now would probably send me into a rage, and im not an angry drunk. so if you all have anything that works, or has, lemme know i could use it. thanks to all.

you can come to the track w/ me... I have a spare 450 right now {Cheesy} If you can think of ANYTHING other than not crashing and or how much fun you're having, then you're ready to be a pro! {Grin}

Also when you're healing up from the ridiculous crash you spend most of your time thinking about how much that head wound or missing appendage hurts... rather than how much your heart hurts!

Please don't resort to any kind of drugs... whether it be prescription pills or otherwise. That will just lead to more problems in your future.

x3 the gym always help relieve anger or stress, which i think i did see you the other night if im correct. You should team up with kranker or trav, of course after his riblet has healed a little more. Main thing i think is keep yourself busy. The summer is almost here and there will be alot going on. :booze:

Another thing I love doing is whitewater kayaking. I have extra boats if you ever want to go. Its exciting enough you dont have time to think about all the crap going on in your life and when you are done drinks at the coloma club Smiley

Believe me i know exactly what your going through! I try to spend as much time as possible with my son right now. Seems he is really the only thing that completly takes my mind off things and lets me enjoy life right now.

If you need anything please let me know, someone to talk to, or someone to hang out with. I have Landen 5 nights out of the week right now so we spend lots of time just hanging out at the house.

I don't know what you are going through...but whenever I am feeling down, or frusrated, or...... I just surround myself with good people, and good people always makes you feel better...they are contageous :beer:

Looks like you have a lot of good friends in the club...just go hang out...if you lived closer, my garage is always open;)

When ever I'm having a bad day, I take my Quad out to P-city that seems to help me out! IT's like the gym and you can't think of anything but riding or you'll bust YO ASS! LOL

X3 the woods I forget all the bs with my life and the rest of this world!!! Fishing, wheelin, riding, and shooting guns in the woods is a great release! staying busy helps too! I know you wont resort to weed but a bong hit usually clears my head or makes it cloudy.....lol either way it helps
