Thats fine ther is always 2 sides to a story and I am sure you are hearing a biased version, Any tech support you need is free if you need help with a project we will go above and beyond to help you get it done, Sorry to hear that your buddys info tarnish's our Name with all the support we try and give the 4 wheeling comunity, we try and bend over backwards and we are not a corporate monster and try to stock as much as we possibly can within reason this is a truly custom market.
we do not order parts until paid in full or order has been made. period that is a misunderstanding people have I cant begin to tell you the amount of people that have burned us on ordering stuff and we get stuck with it,
We are also trying to deal with shortages we cannot control Manufactuer delays and backorders custom orders Beadlocks Etc or lost shipments this is a fact of business and it happens on a day to day basis.
Most of our customers are repeat based of work or parts we have supplied to them every body is entiled to there opinion of any shop, if you base it of someone elses situtuation your are not giving us a chance
if someone has an issue they can call the shop and speak directly to me 916-686-5757 and I will reslove the matter I am not affraid to step out and deal with issues or I will be @ browns valley supporting the wheeling comunity and the Entire Cal rocs events to ensure our sport stays Alive
