| Re: Got a new DD/Tow rig (11th Mar 09 at 7:10pm UTC) | | yeah mines not broke in yet I hear they do a little better after 30-40k but that could also just be a myth who knows I guess I'll find out when I get there Im knocking down 15 around town until I drive around my jobsite then it drops to 12.5 for the average, but thats better than a gas truck is gonna do so Im not complaining! even my little 2wd yota 4 banger only gets 16-17 when I load it up with tools and crap, it only got 20 empty driving like miss daisy, I wanna go on a long trip to see what the freeway mpg is on this d max, all in all I still have a wood from monday night over this truck!!! | |

| Re: Got a new DD/Tow rig (12th Mar 09 at 6:21am UTC) | | mine got about 1-2 mpg better when I cut out the cat and muffler, i have a 5" exhaust set up in the garage that I have to install, maybe this weekend.
I was thinking of exhaust too! I found a cat back 4" for 340 from magnaflow. | |
