| Weld on Beadlocks? (15th Dec 09 at 8:01pm UTC) | | I was looking at the weld on bealock kits. I see them for around $250. not bad compared to the cost of buying beadlock wheels. I wont be ready to do it for a while since I think getting my rig geared and locked is higher priority, but I'm just curious if any of you have done a weld on kit and if you have an opinion of them | |

| Re: Weld on Beadlocks? (15th Dec 09 at 8:14pm UTC) | | They are a good deal. I like the ones Ruff stuff sells, because they come with the anti coning material. I prefer steel wheel beadlocks al together beacuse you can beat a steel wheel back out but an aluminum wheel cracks. I have never personally run the weld on style locks but have seen alot used and they seem to work great. | |

I run my tires at 3-4 psi and have only blown a bead once or twice. I need them now because my rims keep spinning in the tires. Go wheeling, then worry about bead locks... | |
