| 1983 Yota Gearing? (14th Dec 09 at 3:11am UTC) | | I'm getting ready to SAS my truck next week. I've got a 1983 Yota front axle to put under my 1991 pickup. I just realized that the 1983 axle might have 4.11 gearing, compared to my 4.10 geraing on the rear axle. Does anyone know for sure if 1983 had 4.11 or 4.10? I looked online and couldnt find it on a credible site. If it is 4.11, I assume I cannot run it with 4.10 in the rear, sounds like a recipe for disaster. Can I pull the 4.10's out of my ifs front end and put them in the 1983 solid axle or will that not work at all?
Thanks | |
