Fawkin CA! this is a repost from my myspace: Faced in the wake of the hugest budget defecit for one of the worlds biggest economys you passed almost every proposition that had a bond measure. WAKE UP! A high speed train from SF to LA. Did any one read on it? Or for that fact any bond act? 9.8 BILLION DOLLARS IN BONDS. FISCAL IMPACT 19.4 BILLION DOLLARS paid over 30 years. Payments would be about 647 MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR! ( 1.8 million a day!) I swear California is so obtuse!
