They are threaded. They are heavy. I haven't heard good or bad about them. So I figured I would give them a throw. I have 2" Race Runners up front and I would have liked to stay with 2". But I don't mind being a guinea pig. First run on them will be the Hammers. I ordered them on March 8th or 9th and I received them tonight.
They like to do everything online. So I never got to talk to anyone. I like to talk to people I'm buying parts from.

I also ordered 4 F-O-A 4" bump stops for a rig Im building. This rig is running 16" Kings all around.

We are at a stand still. We are still waiting for axles. We have almost a complete rear. But what we do have looks very nice. Adam is doing a great job. And it looks like the front is being started this week. Plus I need to get my junk done. So Casey has to wait. Casey is going to stop by the shop to have you do some fancy plates for the side of his truck soon. Probably after the Hammers.

Just about done for the big Hammers trip. The rear mounts are all done. The rear axle is all done. I redid the front panhard bar mount. Now the panhard bar is longer and almost parallel. The rear section will get repainted this week.

looks good

Thanks.

I really like the way it handles with the new coilovers and the longer wheel base. Its so much more stable, predictable and so much less body roll. Had a good time at the Hammers. On the 2nd day there I broke the rear output shaft on Back Door. Spent the 3rd day there rebuilding the t-case and installing Bobby's 23 spline output. Ran several trails on the 4th. And on the 5th day Saturday broke a Bobby Long short side 30 spline that took out my Detroit on Sledge Hammer. But I made it out in three wheel drive without to much drama. GOOD TIMES

Tuesday and Wednesday were really windy. The rest of the week wasn't to hot. The evenings were the perfect temp. A sweat shirt and shorts was all that was needed.

So what are your thoughts so far of the F-O-A coil-overs? I want to swap my standalone coilover coils for true coilover shocks.

What front axle do u have?

Sorry it took me so long to get back on the coilovers. I've been in Australia and I just got back.
They seem to work fine. There not leaking or anything. I need to play with the spring rate a little. I'm running 150/200 and I'm going to try 125/200 and see how it goes. I like them much much better then the coil spring I had. I have about six runs on them and they seem good. I had Adam from AA-Fab take a look at them before I put them on. He said it looks like a cheaper version of King. I wish I would have got the remove res but at the time I didn't think I would have any place to put it.

Its a housing I built with Toyota guts.
