do you have gauges in it ie: pyrometer, boost{Confused} adding more fuel means higher egt's and possible melted pistons pulling up grades with a heavy load but it does make a lot of cool black smoke {Grin}

should be good then if you have a boost controller Id turn the boost up a little to compensate for the extra fuel it'll keep the air fuel ratio good and keep It from dogging under lighter throttle from running rich

Boost is controlled manually somehow otherwise the thing would keep boosting and cook the engine.....what controls the wastegate spring or vacuum{Confused} Look at the back side of the exhaust side of the turbo...if its a diaphram/spring setup they have ajustable springs, if its vacuum you can plumb in a dial (basically a proportioning valve) in line to control boost and remove the thing on the end of the wastegate that has a pre set limit into the regulation of vacuum to the wastegate you can plumb it into the dash with vacuum lines if thats the case and always have control of it while your driving. My 93 chevy 6.5 is a spring (vacuum on 94 and up) and a few companys make a spring with ajustable holes in the arm the spring attaches to, to ajust your boost from stock which in my case is 5-7psi up to 15psi, results will be different with the capabilitys of different turbos, Im running and borg warner gm1 turbo its only capable of 18psi or so

Its got the banks power pack kit on it. A normal day towing it gets up to 35-40psi easy.

thats plenty for the bigger injectors, how high do your egts get? are you intercooled? that things gotta pull great already with that amount of boost! :booze: That much boost would tear my 6.5 into pieces without new pistons and an intercooler

sweet! freaking run the injectors then it'll probably help the fuel keep up your boost {Grin} I cant believe your egt's stay that low 550 is a good price for the injectors too
