no matter what your out look on the war is, everyone knows someone in it. they put their life on the line for OUR FREEDOM. yes we want them home NOW but we know its not going to happen till things change in the USA. i wish all the saftey to our troops and am looking forward to getting them home.
so....a buddy of mine was interviewed by nytimes (see link below). if you know of a friend in the service post up and lets let them know how thankful we are for their service for OUR FREEDOM and we will NEVER FORGET.
i went to my sons new school and there was a service man there. camoed out and all(not a poser). i excused myself for the party i was talking with and excused myself to his party just to say THANK YOU for everything you men and women are doing. much to my suprise he said "no one has ever told him THANK YOU. man that made me tear right up then my buddies thing really got me thinking. if we could get a tread started other serive men and women could link up and see that people do care.
next time you see a service person that you dont know(a perfect stranger) go say THANK YOU and see how shocked they are that you did it.
