So when they told you that, they really ment (the wires themself somewhere touch or a wire could have touch metal) It could have been a few things, either way it sucks ass, just thought this might help you understand more on how it happend? Its kinda odd that they didnt see were it started, most fire fighters soud be able to point it out it its just a wire.
