popping noise...need some advice (9th Jun 10 at 5:42pm UTC)
Ok I just built a 3.5 inch suspension lift using 2.5" springs and the ACOS spacers(JKS). I also installed a sye kit w/ a tom woods drive shaft, ....the problem I am having is when ever I put it in gear forward or reverse I get a pop and the axle jumps a lil bit. I believe I need rear cam bolts for the upper control arms to make sure the pinion angle stays true but I am not sure. If anyone has had this problem or maybe able to send some good advice it would be greatly appreciated

Maybe I am wrong but your working on a JK right? i myself don't have any experience working on a jeep that new but am curious if its a sleeve or a wrong size bolt in one of the control arm jonny joints/bushings mount area's? or is it possible that the driveline is binding? I recomend calling Sillyneck(Phil) at sillyFab, he definatly has experience in this field.

Be sure the links are tight, that is a problem I had. Do you have vibrations?
