Everyone needs to post up the dates they can make this happen and we will go with the date that the most people can make and everyone else can just try and work around it. So I am go for every weekend in oct except the rocktoberfest weekend (which all you guys should come too, its our huge end of year party trip at fordyce res. by the 4th crossing) and the 11th, and all of Nov. except thanksgiving weekend
