Anyone ever filled up with this stuff? It's like 3.22 per gallon off Riverside
Was at diesel training for work today and asked the question about bio, instructor told us that its just not worth the money saved as far as performance. It's generally 5% bio with some alcohol. Less power+your foot on the skinny pedal more= break even on cost of bio vs. diesel no. 2
And bio will freeze/gell a lot quicker of course with freezing temps outside

That is not exactly true. Using the right additives, I have a friend in Reno that has been running it all year round. And 5% bio, is only 5% oils and 95% diesel. Which makes it a joke. I have a processor at home and wanted to do the whole thing, but California laws prohibit me from getting oil unless I directly know someone that can get it to me.
Just my .03
So I received a 5 gallon free coupon in the mail Should I use it? Or, burn it? By the time you buy some sort of additive for a few bucks, wouldn't it just even out anyways? Seems like a communist joke to me...
Its just like the ethanol joke. it is 15% less than gas, but you use 30% more fuel to make the same amount of power.
