No, my ex got me a lab puppy for x-mas because I had to get rid of my first Pit when we moved into the apartment. Well once we broke up (that morning) she just left the dog in the apt. without caring about anything and when I got home the damage was done. I didn't want a new dog to begin with but was happy to get a puppy until I got home. He'd never been left alone before so it was hard to get mad at him.

Oh ya You gota know that a puppy left alone at home is not good.
My golden retriver loves to chew on wood so the kitchen cabnets had been chewd on with the bathroom cabnets. Even better he chewed the couch fabric off to get to the wood of the couch. 2 better than that: he picks the biggest and worst room to recarpet a chews the carpet up just cus he's mad we left him at home with no TV on.
Hes out of that puppy stage now but still hates the animal chanel; prefers CMT now and hes now 2 yrs old.

Oh ya hes been beat more than once and hes got that guilty look every time and then I find out why and its all about. Hes know hes wrong but I still love him and he knows it. Just like a typical child!
