What are you guys using? I like the idea of having headsets to protect whats left of my hearing. The ability to run an Ipod through the system is great, and talk to other cars also. I looked at the Rugged Radio site, but I dont know what I need to accomplish all that.

I am running a kicker 1200watt amp conected to my I pod hookeked two a couple pairs of 6s turned up real loud makes me go fast

Can you install the intercom kit, then upgrade to the car to car later? What the volume like with the intercom kit.

a good muffler works wonders to save the hearing for you and everyone around you also! Is it weather proof, mainly water?

Yup, you can get the car to car later. The volume is adjustable on the intercom, the headsets, and on the IPOD. They are waterproof too.
