ive ridden in pirate lances old evo and lets just say i was impressed as we pulled away from a street bike on 193 to gtown from pville. wish i was buying back then.

i dont know much about either car but from what i have heard they are both pretty badass cars. if it was ME i would go with the sti because i like the over all look of the car inside and out :thumbsup: just my 2 pennies :flipoff:
Id say STI all the way! Cant go wrong with subaru. Im still regreting getting rid of the 02 WRX i used to have. By far the funnest and best car i ever owned! I will get an sti if i get another car car. But evo's are nice too!
From what I've read in magazines Evo's are faster/handle better but they also cost more. Personally I would buy a subaru because I like the way they look and they are still fast as hell!

I drove an 03 wrx yesterday. Holy shit, I had to back out of the throttle when the boost kicked in. That sucker was pretty fast, and sharp looking. Almost as nice as my Del Sol.

23mpg driving like a total ass. not bad. didnt buy it save gas. ill drive the next tank more moderatly and see what she gets.
so far it is a kick in the pants
if it is like mine it is speed limited to 125mph and no passing that unless you reprogram. handled good that fast too and got up there pretty quick!

hey jimmy you bought the right car buddy i have driven both and i have driven Subaru sti with 520 hp to the wheels check it out it made the cover of seema magazine this was a couple of years a go butt this care was bad ass and every body knows the distance between green back and central

yeah jimmy sti are bad ass cars my old boss had one it pulled so hard when it hit boost he had a programmer down pipe exhaust so fast
on the way to smurfs shop on 395 tilton and I did 133 and the car wanted to give more but we had visions of hitting bucks or loosing a tire
