Trying to get a headcount going for people willing to help for the Vegas to Reno race in August. I will hopefully be paying for all the fuel in the three rigs we will be needing so anyone is welcome for a free ride. We will be more than likely using two superduty's as chase/pit vehicles and one to tow the trailer to the end of the stage each day. So we will need two crew's of six, since thats the max seating per super duty. So far we have confirmed:

Can you post up the exact dates the vehicles are leaving and returning?

As I said before, time already approved off. If you need more housing, I can bring the trailer.

And my buddy owns a mec shop and i also work there and if the gas is paid for just got to pay for food it might be a go he has a three fifty with 5th wheel adapter.

Thanks for the dates. So what are you guys looking for just more people or what. 

Yeah we need to be in Vegas on the 18th, Goodby is gonna fly down cause tickets are cheap one way, during the week and we will pick him up. Option for anyone not wanting to cram into a truck. Anyways we are looking for people that can help in the pit crew, everyone will have a specific duty when the car comes into the pit, (i.e. jackman, fuel guy and so on) and like I said I have trucks figured out to use for pitting. I am paying for the fuel on the three of them only. If you wanted to drive your own you have to pay for fuel yourself. We will have a meeting towards the end of July to go over specifics and brainstorm on needed supplies.

So is it a road race i would be intrested is it this month or next month. It can get the time off either way.

Not quite, basicly its the Baja 1000 in america. Its a 1000 mile desert race, from Las Vegas to Reno. Trophy Trucks, chase helicopters, Class 1 cars, the real deal.

Hasa, Inc.   They are like a chemical company for water or pools. Travs dad knows the owners and they sponsor some other drivers in NASCAR and other racing. So its pretty exciting.
