Same here. Thats the weekend We have free too. I kinda want to get that beach spot on fordice but do not care either way.

I might be camping at Cisco groove and going in to the trail on Saturday.

you leave your tow rig at cisco and drive the wheeler down the freeway to eagle lakes.

I no longer do that ever since i tagged the gaurdrail cuz of death wobble and a big rig almost nailed me. I will go in cisco probably and go the other way. or just drop at eagle and park at cisco and get a ride or jog back to eagle. hehehehe

I believe I will be camping at Cisco Groove campground with my daughter. Come in on Saturday and back to the campsite at night.

hmmm....ill see if trav wants to go...he's on mission on getting the buggy done, which its pretty damn close to being done. So its a maybe for us.

So whats the plan with this? We can probably leave el dorado around 230 pm on friday. Do we want to camp at kranker falls? or the 4th crossing? or the beach way down by 1. I vote kranker falls just cuz I need to be home early on sunday for work.

i was kinda thinking the comitte crossing down by the river at cisce entrance , or maybe kranker falls ?

ill be at cisco gas station dirt lot around 6:30, give or take 3 or 4 hours.

I think 'The Beach' is to far down the trail for me to want to leave early on sunday morning and out cisco. So I will shoot for 'Kranker Falls' on Friday afternoon. If that is a no go, i will back trac to the 4th crossing and try for that spot.
