So I wana wnaa start messing with the the coilovers in the rear. Im running 16 swayaways 200lb lower and 100 upper. Its charged at 200psi. I wana start messing the the PSI what is the minimun amount that you need in there to still function?(keep thing cool)

200psi. sounds like you need stiffer uppers.

Keep it at 200. You can run less for a slightly lower ride height but its not worth the shock not working properly.
Play with your coil ratings or worst case- remount your coilovers.

160-200 is a safe range, but lower is not always a bad thing. Valving and spring rate are far more important. In the rear of mine, I was running 100 over 150 during the season...way too soft for the trail loaded with gear though. Also, a lot can be said about keeping the spring rates closer to each other. Some guys are running 150 over 350 and other wide ranges....good for the rocks I guess, but wierd at speed;)

Crap, mine has 300/350 in the rear and I think it may not be enough :scared:

Damn keith. When I bought my coilovers they already had a 300lb lower and a 225 upper. Charged the shocks and put them under the rig and had 11"-12" of shock showing. I guess I did shave off a good amount of weight.
