So basically phase one as you can see the tank is in the tub and it has yet to be determined wether its going at the front or the rear of the tub. Also all the smog equipment was removed from the wheelwell and will also end up in the tub. Once evrything is plumed and wired I am going to start phase two and enclose everything for a clean finish. Once thats done phase three will begin and that phase is none of your beeswax! Here's a hint........I have ALOT of room behind my rear axle. if you can't figure it out ask T-Carp.

yeah kinda put two and two together on that one....

so are you going to stamp out some longer arms from sheet metal.....

No just relocating the frame mounts for the control arms back further.

i wouldnt bring that topic up if i were you hogan. with your borderline sexual prefrence being the way it is. people may get the wrong impression. haha. however you do like san fran.

this question is for TCARP, would you rather us post all this build stuff on the general build up page or keep it here. I think it may be easier to find under the build section. give people a little eyes on experience.

thanks biggie, i got some more pics on the way.

so to pick up where we left off last night.

we got the cut tank saddle mounted in


with the straps, mind you at this point the only after market things bought were some bolts, nylon lock nuts and some flat washers. straps are stock and the saddle is the cut down skid.


it looks good with the tank in. that thing is tighter than..... you decide.


this is where we drilled the hole for the lines, hogans finger.

and dont forget our smog hardware. the best part is, the 12" kicker sub stills fits perfectly in the driver rear corner. damn we're good.

The lines will be run through that hole but there will be a gromet and some line modifying going on. Just wanted to see if the length and other stuff was looking good. The smog equipment almost falls into place wich I'm stoked on. More to come tomorrow with fuel lines and evap lines. Should be running in no time!

As soon as I get home from job #2 I'll dig some up. Just to give you an idea I cut 3.5 inches out of the hood and raised the front fenders and the rear fenders are cut right to the bottom of the wheel well inside the tub.
